Try cleaning my flat peak monitor near windowpane cleaner and dry cloth.?

Now it vanished strinks on the screen how can I go and get rid of them.

Is it an LCD eyeshade, glass blind, etc. It's probably LCD or some type of plasctic since you said it's flat screen. You shouldnt use windowpane cleaner, its not a window.
