What are righteous stats for a monitor?

My brother bought a 19 inch flat peak with .29 pixels and it have a bad picture.

Answer:

Native Resolution (Varies like mad, but MAKE SURE YOU USE THE NATIVE RESOLUTION ON LCDs!)

refresh time (shouold be in the order of 8ms)

Contrast ratio usually like 500:1, the first number should be 500 or a sophisticated number.

Your most likely not using the aboriginal resolution. Make sure you are using the native resolution. Check the almanac or the mfg's website. posters for sale
