What are the disadvantages and advantages of a crt display peak?
Answer:
A CRT(cathode gleam tube) display screen uses a "electron gun" to fire electrons at the phosphor peak, thus creating an image. The advantages to have a CRT screen over a LCD(liquid crystal display) eyeshade is that it's easier to install, since almost all computers and its motherboards own the port integrated.
The disadvantages of a CRT screen, is that it's bulky(due to the size of the "electron gun"), and it produces radiation, which is received by your eyes when viewing the peak. Prolonged exposure to the radiation can cause discomfort(in jargon of headaches and/or seizures).
Advantages:
[1] Relatively cheap as compared to LCD eyeshade.
[2] Lots of brands to choose from.
Disadvantages:
[1] Picture not as sharp as LCD screen.
[2] Usually comes within bulky sizes.
CRT are huge monsters. But LCD'S are small and USAULLY have a better carving.
