According to my research experience, Computer is an electronic device used to manipulate information and retrieve information. It consist of three aspects: Hardware, Software and Peopleware.
"Hardware" refers to the physical device such as, monitor , keyboard, mouse and system part (cpu).
"Software" are the programs installed in the computer to carry out a task such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc..
Of course, the computer will depend on the end-user or the ethnic group who use this and they are called "Peopleware"
