depends what you want to play on.every monitor looks different. newly have to look at a few and pic the one that looks best.
Well, specifically go for a 4ms response rate, at least possible 1600:1 contrast and 19" one.



But I can't tell really, you should travel to a shop and see which one looks better for you.



Some even with pious specs are really horrible.
Actually to play games it is better to have a desktop computer moniter i.e. not flatscreen or LCD. The bigger memory and hard drive for this type of computer formulate it better for gaming.

I would get a crt monitor for at hand high energize rates. 20" monitors are super cheap. I would not buy one unless it has a max resolution of 2048 x 1536 and can return with at least 75 hz on that res. in that are alot of refurbished monitors for dirt cheap! and there newly as good as clean. this company sells alot of worthy crt monitors ( http://www.imagewerkscomputers.com/cat6_... ) for cheap. hope this helps.
