hose down fleck on monitor?

it's at the bottom of monitor, size is basically a bit bigger than the top of a large thumb, its newly a shadow really, very shaky. never noticed it in the past to day, by the approach never clean my monitor except near a slightly moist cloth, any ideas for a granny pupil, what this could be? thanks

Answer:

Keep cell phones away from monitors they can affect the peak. Magnets can also affect the screen. Watch what you verbs it with sometimes it can seepage into the cracks make sure you verbs with non-static cleaners.
Check if in attendance is a magnet nearby if you are using a CRT monitor (not the flat kind).
I could be a finger print. Try using little soap + dry cloth. Make sure that the watermark is present even when the monitor is switch past its sell-by date.

Its highly unlikely to own a s/w (image) watermark on ur desktop.
