Windex or other glass cleaners if it is your standard "tv" style monitor.



If it is an LCD monitor, dampen and a soft rag on the blind. Glass cleaner on the outside casing and such.

Seriously, go to your kitchen and grab hold of a paper towel, drizzling it really good and wring it out so its single damp i.e. the only point you'll need.
