WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY SCREEN TO BE FULL. IT HAS ABOUT 2in ON BOTH SIDES?

There are controls on the monitor itself. Open the brochure and use them.
If you mean you hold a widescreen and it's only showing fullscreen, right click on the homescreen, and click on properties. Then click on properties up on top. Where it say screen resolution, move the arrow adjectives the way to the right. That should fix it. This have happened to me lots of times after I play games on my laptop. Good luck!
