What can I use to verbs my LCD monitor?

I'm looking for cheap and non-damaging. Can't give notice scratches, but still get finger oil rotten. Maybe something that has anti-static contained by it... Anyone know if baby wipe work?

Answer:

As Prof-M stated, the type of cloth or shammy you would use for eyeglasses is the type of material you want to use (not a rug which would surely mark the begeeberz out of it).

The one thing I must join is I have found that although windex works great, spray it ON THE CLOTH, not on the LCD panel.

You never want to risk juice dripping down inside the LCD panel between the bottom of the screen and plastic. It's also best to enjoy a second cloth handy to dry the screen next to so as to prevent streaking.
They sell those cleanser sprays everywhere surrounded by electronic stores.

I use "Kensignton" and you can wipe the traces off next to regular tissue (Kleenex).
You can find various answers at http://www.experts-exchange.com/hardware...

The best thing for cleaning is the bandanna for cleaning the eyeglasses. they are soft and will clean the monitor in good health!
