Someone may own pushed an external control.

If you don't want to stand on your head to attitude your monitor, right click on your desktop. Select 'nvidia' or whatever graphics card you hold, then your monitor. If you gain an error message 'the parameter is incorrect', click 'OK'. Select 'nv rotate' or something similar. Select 'Landscape' and voila!
You could flip your display by using the rotate function of your graphics processor. It depends on the GPU, but the shortcut keys are usually ctrl-alt-right_arrow.
Settings for your graphics card concerning Horizontal or Landscape estimation. You may have software that come with the graphics card that allows change such as these. Otherwise look under Diplay properties surrounded by Control Panel.
As has be mentioned you are probably looking for something mentioning 'landscape' and 'portrait'. It is possible someone adjusted the lcd if you are surrounded by fact using a lcd.
