Toolbar problem?

I be deleting yahoo messanger from my computer and window media player and I deem I did something I weas not suppose to but do not know what.

I went to start up my computer and it took a while for my sign on blind to show up then when I signed on it took forever for my icon to show up and my toolbar at the bottom is not showing, there is a long blue procession going across the bottom that looks like the top of my toolbar and when I roll my cursor within it it turns into the little black thing that allows you to stetch something or craft it smaller but the problem is it wont let me, I try to verbs the toolbar up and it wont come up..My computer is being really slow and the volume is broken..

How can I fix the toolbar? Is there a approach to fix the volume without the toolbar??

Answer:

Try restoring down the peak to make it smaller and see if your tool tavern is there. And you can dance into control panel to set your volume.

Try to run, if you can, your antivirus program. I will also recommend trying to run a Spyware program, like Spybot.
I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a daylight previous to the day when near was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months hindmost. You have to opt the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html...

The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at
